Awareness

The first step in the formula is all about emerging and seeking clarity.

We do this by bringing your awareness to and discussing what's going on for you right now.

Then we look at what it is you want, the dream, the vision and how you would like your life/business to be instead.

Thirdly we delve into all of the things that are standing in your way from your success.

Your blocks, limiting beliefs, unresourceful habits, behaviours or even current perspectives that are no longer serving you.

Bringing Awareness to these three things is a powerful process which will allow you to declutter your mind and get really clear and specific on where you are, where you want be and whats stopping you from having, being or achieving the success you are looking for.

Vision

In this step we talk about and get extremely clear on what it is you want and what you would like to get out of your coaching experience, in your business and while working through the Living Free Formula Program.

The Limiting beliefs, blocks, unresourceful behaviours, procrastination, perfectionism, unhelpful emotions that are keeping you from moving forward to realising your desired reality.

This is the part of the journey where you get to listen to what all these challenges and blocks are trying to tell you/teach you. I truly believe everything in our life, every obstacle we face is an opportunity to heal and grow in this amazing life we're living.

As your Certified Heart-centered coach, I will guide you in clearing and healing the blocks, emotions and beliefs that are no longer serving you in creating the life you want to be living. My approach is nurturing, calm, supportive, knowledgeable and effective. I use proven skills, techniques, powerful resources and tools in a gentle and ground way where I am holding space for your healing, growth and transformation.

Change

We then look at what hasn't been working what are your habits, values, behaviours, and perspectives that you would like to change, in order to attract or achieve the outcomes you are looking for.

In this step, it's looking at what needs to change, where you want your new focus and attention to be and what are going to be the new choices you are going to make, in order for you to lift and elevate your life to where you want it to be.

2. Evolve

Communication

Your communication is absolutely key to your success!!

In this step we look at and discover how you are communicating to yourself and to those around you .

Our self talk is one of the main contributors to how we show up in our life and in our business. What are some of the things you are saying to yourself every single day that you know are producing the results you are currently getting. Through becoming aware of how our self talk is affecting our results we can use this step to stay focused on being clear and deliberate with our language with ourselves and how we show up in the outside world.

Action

This is where the rubber starts to hit the road and you will start to see your growth and transformation coming into effect. You will start to feel that tasks and actions that once seemed challenging and difficult become easy and effortless as you continue to take steps toward your success.
